To understand that even though I may not have control over things happening around me, or even always to me, I am still always responsible for my own energy within those experiences. And I can still always look for movement and change within my own space that I hold. And that’s where my freedom will come from. So, instead of fighting against the things outside of me that may make me feel like I’m stuck, being open to where I can grow, to grow out of them.
